Have EKPSS preferences started, when will they start? Have the 2026 EKPSS preference dates been announced?

Not investment advice. Muhabbit scores how much a story may matter, not which way to trade.
Engelli Public Personnel Selection Examination (EKPSS) preferences for 2026 have not yet opened, and no official date has been announced, even as KPSS/2 preferences are set to begin in December. Candidates with disabilities are awaiting the calendar, and the question of when EKPSS preferences will start is gaining traction daily. The timing matters because placement depends on candidates submitting preferences within the announced window. What to watch next is an official statement from the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) setting the EKPSS preference dates.
