Eufy's Clever Outdoor Security Camera That Lives Inside Is Now Available To Buy

Anker's Eufy sub-brand has launched the Window Camera E10 in the US, an $80 indoor security camera that adheres to window glass with residue-free adhesive and points outward, eliminating the need for drilling or permanent installation. The 2.5K-resolution device offers up to 8x digital zoom, MaxColor Night Vision, and a manually adjustable 25-degree downward tilt, storing footage on a user-supplied SD card of up to 256GB. Anker says a lens flush against the glass prevents the reflections that typically plague recording through windows. The product, first announced at IFA in the summer, targets renters and homeowners unable or unwilling to mount traditional outdoor cameras. It matters as a low-cost, tool-free entry into the outdoor security market, and the next test is whether the flush-lens design delivers on its reflection-free claims in real-world use.
