MSTR Stock Jumps 5% as Strategy Begins Daily STRC Dividends at 12% Annual Rate

Strategy (MSTR) shares rose 4.45% to $136.58 on Monday after the company said it would begin paying daily dividends on its Stretch (STRC) preferred stock at a 12% annual rate, with the first payment due November 3. The gain followed news of another STRC buyback and Strategy's resumption of Bitcoin purchases. The shift to a daily payout schedule marks a change in the preferred stock's distribution structure and comes as the company continues to lean on capital-markets tools to fund its Bitcoin strategy. Investors will be watching whether the daily dividend cadence sustains demand for STRC and how the buyback and resumed BTC buying affect Strategy's balance sheet and share performance.
