ZetaChain to vote on Solana migration and AI launch plan on December 9

ZetaChain has put a follow-up governance proposal to a token-holder vote that would shut down its own Layer 1 network and migrate ZETA to Solana on a 1:1 basis, with the plan also setting a December 9 launch for its ZetaLabs financial-market analytics service. The proposal, which follows September's Proposal 68 that approved the Solana direction with 99.4% support but left timing and claim procedures undefined, now specifies the migration schedule, method, and holder-protection process, with implementation contingent on the vote. It matters because the move would retire ZetaChain's standalone L1 in favor of Solana distribution, and the next thing to watch is whether holders approve the follow-up and how the recorded-balance claim process is executed.
