Not investment advice. Muhabbit scores how much a story may matter, not which way to trade.

White House staffers are using residential proxy services that make the Executive Office of the President's network (AS2650) available for rent by outside users, Layer3 Intel reported. The security firm detected proxy nodes exiting the White House network 236 times between October 5 and November 3, mostly between 5 p.m. and midnight, across six internet addresses on 26 of 30 days. Synthient tied the activity to multiple Windows 11 installations of Infatica, a proxy program founded by Vladimir Fomenko, whose hosting firm King Servers housed six of the eight addresses Russia's security services used to compromise Arizona and Illinois election systems in 2016. Layer3 Intel found 28 separate residential proxy services able to exit through the White House network, meaning anyone can rent access for a few dollars. Watch for the White House's response and whether agencies move to restrict proxy-enabled apps on staff devices.
