Binance will begin resuming withdrawals in phases between 06:00 and 09:00 UTC on November 1, starting with 15 networks including BTC, ETH, BSC, and SOL, following a recent security breach. The exchange said it has replenished approximately 95% of affected assets, up from 90% previously, with the remaining 5% consisting of less liquid tokens still being acquired. BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD, and ZEC are now backed by 100% reserves, while deposits remain operational throughout the process. Other networks will reopen after security checks are completed, and Binance reiterated its commitment to covering all losses from the hack. Watch for the pace of the remaining network reopenings and whether the exchange completes replenishment of the final 5% of affected assets.
