Apple Watch’s always-listening AI tools arrive in the iOS 27.3 beta

Apple released the first developer betas of iOS 27.3 and watchOS 27.3, introducing Audio Intelligence for the latest Apple Watches, a redesigned Health app carried over from iOS 27.2, and Apple Intelligence support for China. The full public release is scheduled for December. The always-listening Audio Intelligence tools mark Apple's push to bring on-device AI features to its wearable lineup, while the China rollout extends Apple Intelligence into a key market where local regulatory approval is required. Developers can begin testing the features now, with broader availability expected alongside the December launch.
